Role Overview
The Sales Support Specialist plays a vital role in the MedPro Systems team, providing critical support to the sales department. This individual will be responsible for processing new sales leads, trade conference and internal event coordination, as well as assisting with marketing efforts.
Main Responsibilities
- Process inbound leads and opportunities from MedPro's website visitors and partners.
- Responsible for new client, renewal, and cancellation notifications, Salesforce.com (SFDC) data entry and sending deal notifications to external partners.
- Facilitate the management of team calendars and meeting coordination, scan and file contracts and legal documents, and assist with SFDC data entry and processing.
- Coordinate logistics for team member travel and exhibit materials, vendor coordination and onsite support at conferences.
- Create and maintain SOPs for internal Sales Support processes; identify new opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with strong academic success in business, management, and marketing coursework. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently.
