Position Overview 


We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual for a part-time manufacturing position, working 15-30 hours per week. This role involves assembling, inspecting, and packaging products while following safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided. If you are looking for a flexible opportunity with hands-on work, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for kit assembly and fulfillment, ensuring all kits and components meet quality standards
  • Manage inventory tracking and replenishment, ensuring stock levels align with commercial needs
  • Support logistics and shipping coordination, ensuring timely delivery of products to distributors and patients
  • Assist in vendor management, including purchasing materials and coordinating with suppliers
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in operations workflows
  • Ensure compliance with medical device regulations and quality control standards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, customer success, and quality stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational bottlenecks, addressing issues proactively


We’re looking for you to bring
  • 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or a related field (medical device or healthcare experience is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Experience working with inventory management, shipping, or fulfillment processes
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Physical requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs when handling shipments, comfortable working in an office and light warehouse environment


Helpful experiences and skills (if you don’t have them, it’s not a dealbreaker)
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting 
  • Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals)

$25 - $28 an hour
Compensation will be in alignment with market data, commensurate with experience, skills and qualifications.
