The Mother Baby role is a vital position within our healthcare team, focusing on providing exceptional care to mothers and their newborns during their hospital stay. This position involves working closely with patients to ensure a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment as they transition into motherhood. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, compassion, and the ability to communicate effectively with both mothers and their families.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree - Nursing or related field.
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Additional experience may be required in some areas based on specialty programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years’ Clinical experience in area of specialty.
- Master’s degree in nursing or related field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75.00 - $80.00 per hour
