About the Role: Join a successful nephrology practice that serves as a regional referral center for AKI management and ESRD patients requiring hospitalization. The practice features experienced full-time nephrologists, an ICU, and a hospital-based dialysis unit. With around 10,000 dialysis treatments annually and a robust home dialysis program supporting both peritoneal dialysis and next-stage home hemodialysis, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing patient care. The practice's efficient and modernized office is conveniently located near the hospital campus, ensuring seamless coordination of care.
