Job Summary :

  • Provide nutritional assessments and education to patients and residents.
  • Assists with diabetes self-management education program.
  • Creates and recommends educational literature for patient use, menu development, QI and in-service instruction for nutritional staff.
  • Must be able to multi-task and utilize good communication skills.

Requirements :

  • One year of experience in an Acute Care and / or Long Term Care setting preferred
  • Previous electronic medical record charting and MDS experience preferred
  • Registered Dietitian License in the state of Montana required
