Primary Duties :
- Must be able to bend conduit, pull wire, read blueprints, troubleshoot circuit, install, and connect motors, switches, receptacles, electrical panels and lights, conduct assigned preventive maintenance of electrical circuits.
- Assist Master Electrician for monitoring hospitals emergency and normal power sources and for testing emergency generators monthly. Conducts assigned Preventive Maintenance on all electrical power systems and equipment.
- Repairs electrical circuits by replacing defective wiring and components in accordance with the current National Electrical Code.
- Install new wirings, electrical components, mounts motor, fixtures, and other electrical equipment in accordance with the current National Electrical Code.
- Basic Knowledge of the Fire Alarm System. Assist Master Electrician to Operates and maintains on Hospital Critical Equipment : Switchgear, UPS Flywheel, ATS Switches and Generators. Knowledge of programmable controls preferred.
Qualifications :
This position has a hiring range of $28.20 - $45.46
Salary : $28 - $45
