What are the responsibilities and job description for the Radiation Oncology Nurse Navigator (Georgetown) position at medstar-stg?
Responsible for the coordination of patient care across the continuum of Radiation Oncologic care for all patients. Educates/provides information, supports patients, and facilitates treatment plans. Functions as a patient advocate, guides patients and families throughout cancer care and survivorship experience. These functions are performed in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and MedStar Georgetown University Hospital's philosophy, policies, procedures and standards.
Schedule
Monday-Friday Days, potential for 4 days/wk
