What are the responsibilities and job description for the Access Specialist I (PRN) position at medstar?
MedStar Health has a PRN opportunity at our call center located in the Columbia area. This role is responsible for answering a high volume of inbound calls to schedule patient appointments and provide information to callers in our call center.
This position is PRN/as-needed. PRN positions are generally not eligible for benefits.
The work schedule for this position is 8am-4:30pm on weekdays or between 8am-8pm on weekends and some holidays required. Day shift availability during the week is required.
