Knowledge of medical billing and collection practices. Must be aware of insurance company procedures and operations. Knowledge of medical coding ICD-10 coding. Experience in dealing with telephone inquiries. Must display a courteous demeanor in work environment and with telephone inquiries. General knowledge of computer system such as Microsoft Office programs, email, fax, and copier.
