Our Recruiter will be a key member of our team and play an especially important role in the future growth of MedTec. This position will work with the VP of Operations to look for talented staff at all levels of the company.
This successful candidate is a highly talented individual with a proven track record of hard work and a positive attitude. The role will require strong attention to detail and team building skills. The candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to balance many responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end recruiting process for all open positions
- Build a continuous and repeatable pipeline of healthcare aide candidates to fill a constant need in high volumes within a growing organization
- Grow and maintain partnerships with community resources and educational programs
- Develop, propose, and implement tailored recruiting strategies based on position requirements and associated business need; Monitor and report on results, pivoting as needed
- Effectively evaluate candidate skills and behaviors with an eye for quality; Use market expertise, data, and business acumen to educate and inform hiring recommendations

Qualifications:
- High drive individual who is results oriented with the ability to work independently
- Creative thinker that takes responsibility in identifying and developing new pipelines and recruiting channels
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot as necessary
- Entrepreneurial spirit – willing to roll up their sleeves and execute the changes required to take their organization to the next level
- A quick learner who will take initiative in an evolving, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
- Preferred experience in healthcare, senior care, childcare or serving staffing-centric industries
