Physician / MD qualifications required) Neurology - Neurology locum needed for outpatient practice located at Litchfield St in Torrington Monday Friday 8-4 : 30 from July 5-October 7. Preferably able to do botox injections for migraines and lumbar punctures but would not exclude candidate if they dont. Lumbar punctures would be done in the hospital setting. Patient load per day 10-15 patients a day 2 other providers in the office at the same time. No call, no evenings or weekends. Contract date : 7-5- through 10-07-
