We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Systems Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless performance, security, and scalability to support organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and operate a hybrid IT environment encompassing VMware and Azure platforms.
- Implement and enforce security protocols to ensure the integrity and protection of systems and data.
- Collaborate with IT team members to design and execute system upgrades and enhancements, providing expertise and recommendations to management.
- Administer and manage Azure and Office365 environments.
- Oversee servers running Microsoft Server 2019 or newer, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot server-related issues, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other system functions.
- Manage system monitoring, patching, and third-party software deployment using tools such as Manage Engine Endpoint Central.
- Develop and execute backup and disaster recovery strategies to safeguard critical operations.
- Provide responsive after-hours emergency support as needed.
- Address end-user requests through ticketing systems, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance IT operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or training.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows Server Administration (2019 or newer), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, Azure, Office365, and VMware.
- Experience with storage solutions, system monitoring tools, and disaster recovery technologies.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and client system management tools such as SCCM or similar.
- Windows PowerShell experience preferred but not mandatory.

- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and contribute to ongoing improvements.
