General Description
The HR & Financial Data Analyst will support both HR and Finance leadership at TVG-Medulla, LLC. The organization operates in the healthcare space, specifically in chiropractic care through its two brands, Chiro One Wellness Centers and MyoCore Personalized Pain Care. The role focuses on providing analytical insights, and creating meaningful reports and trend analysis while ensuring our providers are compensated accurately. The candidate should be adept at working both independently and as part of a team, with a focus on performance metrics, provider compensation, and making strategic recommendations.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Data Extraction and Analysis : Extract data from internal sources for organizational and financial analysis. The data will help reveal trends and provide insights to assist with future business decisions.
- Monthly Analysis on Provider Compensation : Monitor and analyze trends in provider compensation monthly. Calculate provider variable compensation on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Cross-functional Analytics : Create and communicate cross-functional analytics, accompanied by detailed materials.
- Decision Support : Provide business insights and strategic problem-solving support to management.
- Advanced Analysis : Conduct ad hoc analysis, build forecasting models, and interpret results to influence decision-making.
- Due Diligence for M&A : Support due diligence efforts for mergers and acquisitions when required.
