TVG-Medulla, LLC provides support and services to two comprehensive chiropractic care companies, Chiro One Wellness Centers and MyoCore Personalized Pain Care, both industry leaders in evidence-based, patient outcomes-centered care.
As the largest privately-owned chiropractic organization in the country, Medulla provides management resources to these organizations with full-scale experienced teams of professionals and specialists including marketing, clinical operations, legal, revenue cycle, human resources, IT, maintenance and more.
Summary
The Senior HR Specialist is responsible for the application of HR principles, practices, and tools that support the execution of business strategy, provides a positive work environment, and delivers maximum value-based support to the organization as a whole.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Supports performance management analytics
- Respond to employee inquiries on topics related to their employment
- Promote HR programs to help improve the employee experience
- Maintain and analyze HR metrics time to hire, turnover, rate of pay, etc.
- Monitor social media reputation and draft proposed responses
- Respond to employment verification requests
- Perform administrative duties related to payment of vendors and similar tasks;
- Conduct stay/exit interviews
- Ensure compliance of local, state and federal HR laws/regulations
- Support talent acquisition team appropriately
- Perform other responsibilities as the position evolves
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in human resources, health systems management, business administration, or related fields.
- Working knowledge of local, state and federal HR policies/guidelines/laws.
- Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams).
- A proactive, high energy attitude geared towards achieving continuous improvement and learning.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in human resources or related fields, or equivalent experience in a human resources setting.
- Minimum of 2-5 years experience working as a specialist in HR.
- Availability to travel and work extended hours (as needed).
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of HR policies and procedures.
