Schedule : Monday – Friday, Days; 7am - 7pm
36 hours guaranteed, working up to 40 hours
Experience with EPIC preferred.

Licenses / Certifications : CPR / BLS (Basic Life Support), State License - Physical Therapist - Ohio, NPI NUMBER
Physical Abilities : Capable of lifting from 50-100 lbs.
