Operations Support Specialist (Onsite PT)

Scope:

The Operations Administrative Support role is primarily responsible for processing inbound mail, office support and data/system entry support.

Education:

• High School Diploma

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year experience in office environment. Health/Medical industry experience preferred

Requirements/Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft office applications; Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Ability to learn and utilize internal applications.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Awareness of internal and external customer needs.
• Knowledge of insurance, selffunded, and stop loss industry.
• Selfmotivated, and ability to see projects through execution.
• Good organizational skills and time management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle difficult situations tactfully and diplomatically.
• Effective problem solving and decisionmaking skills.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Work Environment / Physical Demands: This position is in a typical office / home office environment which requires prolonged sitting in front of a computer. Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment including operation of standard computer and phone equipment.

This is a on-site, part-time position, hours will be 8:00am to 1:00pm M-F
