Position Overview
As a Service Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of surgical procedures by delivering, maintaining, and operating advanced surgical lasers and medical equipment. You’ll work directly in operating rooms, providing technical expertise, troubleshooting, and real-time support to healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities
Surgical Equipment Management & Technical Support
- Transport, set up, calibrate, and test medical lasers and surgical equipment for optimal performance.
- Provide real-time troubleshooting and technical assistance to ensure smooth case progression.
Operating Room & Client Support
- Work alongside surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff, ensuring seamless equipment operation.
- Foster strong, professional relationships with healthcare teams through courteous, responsive, and knowledgeable service.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, service details, and performance logs.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
Inventory & Logistics Oversight
- Track and manage equipment, disposables, and inventory levels to ensure readiness and accountability.
- Coordinate maintenance and logistics to support surgical schedules efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
- Location: Must reside in the greater northern Virginia area/greater DC metro area and be willing to drive up to two or three hours per day, several days a week, as your schedule dictates.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn and master medical laser technology, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Communication & Teamwork: Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse healthcare teams.
- Adaptability & Performance Under Pressure: Thrives in high-stakes surgical environments, maintaining focus and professionalism.
