The Legal and Compliance Intern will assist the department by supporting key projects, initiatives and ad-hoc requests of Meeder’s Legal and Compliance Department. This is a highly collaborative position that requires working with cross-functional partners in order to effectively drive results.

Qualifications
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong collaborator with the ability to partner with people across many parts of the organization
- Critical eye for detail
- Effective with the Microsoft suite of products, particularly Excel and Word
- General knowledge of investment management and investment company industries and regulatory environment is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Assets Under Advisement consist of $58.4 billion of regulatory assets under management by Meeder Investment Management’s registered investment adviser affiliates and $100.6 billion of non-discretionary assets as to which Meeder Public Funds provides strategic advice or consultation as of December 31, 2023.

- Must be a recent college graduate or a rising Junior or Senior
- Desired major – Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Political Science or related field
- Interest in legal, compliance and regulatory aspects of the investment management industry
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Resume
- Ability to independently secure housing
