As a Senior Account Executive, you will focus on cultivating new business opportunities, expanding revenue in existing accounts, and delivering exceptional client services to organizations nationwide. Your role includes cold calling, arranging client meetings, crafting proposals, making presentations, securing accounts, and ensuring ongoing client satisfaction to foster enduring client relationships. You will collaborate within a team environment to achieve these goals.
What you’ll do
- Develop relationships with new and existing clients.
- Act as a strategic partner in supporting IT resource planning and hiring efforts.
- Generate and close job orders and requirements.
- Collaborate with the Recruiting Team to identify potential contractors.
- Stay updated on IT trends, industry initiatives, staffing needs, and service rates.
- Understand all service lines and unique selling points.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and services for internal team, prospects, and customers.
- Meet annual sales quotas and goals set with your manager.
- Maintain Bullhorn CRM for sales and accounting.
- Manage on-site employees as required.
- Ensure acceptable margins on closed deals.
- Monitor interview/hire ratios and team quality.
- Build relationships in local networking groups.
- Mentor other employees as needed.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Previous sales experience, preferably selling professional staffing services.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and follow-up abilities.
- Demonstrated track record of success.
- Compensation: Base salary of $75,000 - $100,000 plus benefits package and excellent commission plan.
