Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales initiatives in NC, SC, and FL regions, with potential expansion to AL and GA.
- Manage a team of 6 sales representatives, with plans to hire 3-4 more based on market demands.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and meet company targets.
- Collaborate with regional managers to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Proven experience in scaling businesses and a track record of developing and leading sales talent.
- Background in industrial/commercial sales, preferably in manufacturing and logistics sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor sales teams.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
- Familiarity with phantom stock plans and incentive structures
- Competitive base salary of $125-150K based on experience and talent.
- Commission structure tied to revenue targets and performance.
- Phantom stock plan in development to provide additional incentives.
