What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Specialist position at Meeker Cooperative Light & Power Assn?
Provide excellent customer service for electric utility and broadband company. Customer-facing both in-person and on the phone. Responsible for bill reception and processing, general inquiries and detailed record keeping. Must learn industry software.

· taking and accurately processing payments

· possess strong organizational skills

Computer skills should include use of:
· Outlook
· Google Maps
· Microsoft Word & Excel
· Ability to learn industry software
Training: Associates Degree or Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service preferred. Experience in electric cooperative or telecommunications/broadband industries a plus.
