What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembly Production Worker position at Meeks Lumber Company?
We are looking for a detail-oriented Assembly Production Worker to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling truss components and ensuring that all materials are properly stocked and organized. Key responsibilities include:
- Loading and banding finished materials on carts/pallets inside and/or outside
- Receiving incoming products, commodities, and materials
- Operating all equipment necessary to the assembly process
- Maintaining an organized work environment
To be successful in this role, you should have a High School Diploma or equivalent work experience. Additionally, ability to learn to operate equipment such as routers, saws, presses, and staple guns is required.
