**Job Title: Truss Assembler I**

The Truss Assembler I plays a critical role in assembling truss components. Key responsibilities include:
- Stocking lumber, plates, and other work-related materials and supplies.
- Laying out truss supplies and materials on carts or floor and stocking plates for component setup.
- Loading and banding finished materials on carts/pallets inside and/or outside.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for:
- Receiving incoming products, commodities, and materials.
- Operating all equipment necessary to the assembly process.
- Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
- Assisting in maintaining an organized work environment.
- Monitoring inventory as required by location management.
**Requirements:**
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to learn to operate equipment such as routers, saws, presses, and staple guns.
