Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issues.
- Provide timely and accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Document customer interactions and ensure all issues are resolved to satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other teams to escalate or resolve complex issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
Requirements:
