Your Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
- Provide solutions to inquiries and concerns about products, services, and accounts
- Accurately enter customer information into the system
- Resolve customer issues with a focus on providing a positive experience
- Maintain high levels of professionalism, patience, and empathy during every call
- Collaborate with team members to meet individual and department goals
- Handle inquiries related to billing, account updates, and general product information
