Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner, providing exceptional customer service.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and effective way.
- Document customer interactions, update account information, and track service requests accurately in our CRM system.
- Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
- Identify and escalate issues to appropriate departments as needed.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, including call volume, response time, and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with other administrative tasks or projects as required.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or a degree is a plus.
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred, but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and address customer concerns.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
