A cutting-edge radiopharmaceutical organization, at the forefront of next-generation targeted cancer therapies, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join its growing leadership team.
This company is pioneering treatments using a powerful and rare alpha-emitting radioisotope, with its newly inaugurated flagship manufacturing site supporting clinical and commercial production.

This is a pivotal hire, playing a key role in shaping and scaling the customer service function from the ground up.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional site leaders and directly influence the customer experience during a period of high growth and innovation.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and lead the customer service function within the organization.
- Establish and implement systems to manage customer communication and fulfillment processes.
- Collaborate closely with site leadership across operations, manufacturing, and commercial functions.
- Act as a key point of contact for customers – fostering trust, solving issues, and delivering exceptional service.
- Contribute to the design and rollout of ERP or CRM platforms to enhance service delivery.
- Hire and manage a small, high-performing customer service team as the business scales.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years in customer service roles, preferably in Pharma, Biotech, or Healthcare (but not essential).
- Experience in leading teams and building service functions from scratch.
- Proven background in implementing ERP or CRM systems.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to manage complex customer dynamics with positivity and professionalism.
- A degree-level education is required.
