Job Duties :
- Lead sourcing initiatives, including supplier identification, market analysis, and cost management to drive value and competitive advantage.
- Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships to enhance performance, innovation, and risk mitigation.
- Create and execute category sourcing strategies, incorporating business needs, market intelligence, and supplier evaluations.
- Manage contracts and ensure compliance to optimize financial and operational performance.
- Represent procurement in cross-functional projects, driving KPIs and addressing risks in the supply chain.
