Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to business leaders within the General & Administrative (G&A) organization, providing expert guidance on workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and organizational design. You will act as an employee champion and change agent, driving organizational effectiveness while aligning HR strategies with the broader business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic HR partnership to business leaders in areas like workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and organizational design.
- Support managers with employee relations, performance management, career development, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development to address training needs and create development programs.
- Partner with Compensation for salary reviews and ensure internal equity.
- Advise employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead HR initiatives and change management efforts within the business.
- Build strong relationships at all levels to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 6 years of progressive HR experience in high-growth environments.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of operations.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
- Strong project management and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in a biotech/life sciences company preferred.
