Responsibilities:
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of client projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, account management, and medical, to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on project status.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress and adjusting schedules as needed.
- Facilitate meetings and presentations, providing clear communication to internal teams and clients.
- Support the development of project briefs, creative strategies, and execution plans.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of project management experience in a pharmaceutical advertising agency
- Ability to come into an NYC office 3x per week
