Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be dependable, organized, have strong verbal communication skills with the ability to multi-task.
To be successful as a Customer Care Representative you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top Customer Care Representative should also be very competitive and a good listener.
What you will do:
Deal quickly, courteously, and efficiently with customers over the phone and email.
Develop an in-depth knowledge of our product lines and stay current on changes and improvements in the lines.
Effectively use critical thinking skills to solve problems for clients while consistently using the best judgement to determine the best solution
Work hand-in-hand with Outside Sales Representative to ensure that our customer’s needs are being met.
Manage large amount of incoming calls throughout 8 hour workday
Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: quoting, pricing, purchasing, processing orders, customer concerns and system troubleshooting via phone or email, promptly and thoroughly.
Skilled at relationship building with colleagues, vendors, manufacturers and customers.
Qualifications:
Team Player with positive attitude
Plumbing and or Commercial/Mechanical experience preferred but not needed
Prior customer service experience is required.
Highly motivated with ability to multi-task
Customer service oriented with ability to build relationships
Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Communicates well both written and verbally
General computer skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook
Interacts well with others and shows courtesy to clients and co-workers.
- Plumbing Experience is a plus but not needed
