- Certified Lead Auditor (ISO 9001:2015 preferred, but not necessary)
- Acquaintance with 9004:2018 template a plus, but not necessary
- Experience in completing and following up on Audit reports and resulting Corrective Actions
- Familiar with different manufacturing settings and company sizes
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to read and comprehend technical language
- Mid-level ability to read and comprehend technical drawings and prints
- Friendly and good with people
- Reasoning skills and an objective outlook, able to see a situation and distinguish between the "letter of the law" and the "the spirit of the law."
- Undeterred, yet unprovoked when presented with an argumentative or persistent personality.
