Certified Lead Auditor (ISO 9001 : 2015 preferred, but not necessary)
Acquaintance with 9004 : 2018 template a plus, but not necessary
Experience in completing and following up on Audit reports and resulting Corrective Actions
Familiar with different manufacturing settings and company sizes
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Able to read and comprehend technical language
Mid-level ability to read and comprehend technical drawings and prints
Friendly and good with people
Reasoning skills and an objective outlook, able to see a situation and distinguish between the "letter of the law" and the "the spirit of the law."
Undeterred, yet unprovoked when presented with an argumentative or persistent personality.
