We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused New Home Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will guide prospective homebuyers through the sales process—from initial contact through closing—while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will represent our brand with integrity and professionalism, helping individuals and families find their dream homes.
We offer a full benefits package - medical/dental/vision/LTD/STD/Life/Accident/401K. Sales staff have 2 consecutive days off during the week and are eligible to receive up to a $5000 monthly draw (to be deducted from future commissions). Major holidays off as well as 1 day for your birthday!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
- Greet and engage with potential homebuyers at model homes, open houses, and online inquiries.
- Conduct sales presentations and community tours, highlighting features, benefits, homes, and floor plans.
- Assist customers in selecting inventory, floor plans, home sites, and design finishes.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups using Salesforce CRM.
- Coordinate with construction, financing, and corporate teams to ensure a smooth homebuying process.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Stay up-to-date on local market conditions, competitor offerings, and company inventory.
- Participate in marketing efforts such as events, promotions, and community outreach.
- Build relationships with local real estate agents and visit realtor offices.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of sales experience and 3 years of recent new home sales experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate, homebuilding, or a related industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and consultative sales approach.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and a flexible schedule as needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce).
