Construction Project Superintendent

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Project Superintendent to join our team at Megen Construction Company, Inc. This position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Expectations

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Prepare and manage punch out lists, change orders, and scope development
• Review and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Generate reports and documentation as needed
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
