Position Summary:

The Director will oversee day-to-day project management of our mobile clinic, HCV and STI clinics.
Daily Operations:
- Provide leadership and oversight for all community-based public health programming, including mobile clinic services, HCV clinics, and the expansion of services to treat STIs and prescribe PrEP.
- Supervise and support the RN to ensure high-quality clinical care and program implementation.
- Deliver direct clinical services to patients, including care in mobile clinics, HCV clinics, and STI treatment initiatives.
- Collaborate with the PI, evaluation team, and the Treatment Project Director to monitor, evaluate, and report project outcomes to SAMHSA.
- Oversee day-to-day project management and operations of mobile clinic services and other community health initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve project goals related to infectious disease prevention, physical health, and community health promotion.
- Ensure compliance with public health standards, funding requirements, and best practices for service delivery.
- Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and communication to enhance program success.
- Provide leadership and oversight for all community-based public health programming, including mobile clinic services, HCV clinics, and the expansion of services to treat STIs and prescribe PrEP.
- Assist with other tasks and responsibilities as needed.
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrate strong managerial skills, managing with excellence this large-scale community-based participatory research project, working with community, clinical and professional persons who have expertise in and engage in health assessment, screening and general intervention programs.
- Experience in proposal development, report writing, and grants management
- Proven abilities to work efficiently and effectively with local, state and federal agencies.
- Strong experience with program and infrastructure development.

- Education and Experience:
- Master’s degree in nursing (MSN) with licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) is required.
- Advanced clinical training and experience in areas including street medicine, LGBTQ health, metabolic diseases, and HCV care.
- Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and oversight in public health programs and multidisciplinary clinical settings.
- Strong collaboration skills with experience in reporting outcomes to regulatory agencies.
