Main Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining customer relationships to maximize sales
- Collaborating with internal partners to estimate and manage projects
- Maintaining customer information and managing leads and prospect lists
- Coordinating job walks and assisting with customer bids/estimates
- Developing highly effective relationships with customers and business partners
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Project or Construction Management or related field a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
- Minimum five years' proven sales experience or comparable field
- Excellent data analysis and project organizational skills
- Strong numerical data analysis abilities and mechanical aptitude
