The Customer Support Specialist acts as a liaison between operations and the customer, providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and effectively. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience. High School diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred. Strong problem-solving skills, conflict resolution abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively. Ability to analyze and retain information, with a keen attention to detail. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, along with familiarity with phone systems and computer software platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently. Positive attitude, patience, and a genuine passion for assisting others. Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as required.
