Responsibilities
Client Support : Assist clients with inquiries, policy changes, and claim submissions in a timely and professional manner.
Policy Management : Review and update insurance policies to ensure accuracy and adequacy of coverage based on client needs.
Renewals : Coordinate policy renewals and proactively reach out to clients to provide options and recommendations.
Documentation : Maintain accurate client records and documentation for all interactions and transactions.
Customer Education : Educate clients on insurance products, coverage options, and available discounts to help them make informed decisions.
Requirements
Licensing : Active Michigan Property & Casualty Insurance License required .
Experience : Previous experience in personal lines insurance or account management is required .
Customer Focus : Strong dedication to meeting client needs and exceeding expectations.
