Responsibilities
Client Interaction : Engage with clients to understand their personal insurance needs and provide solutions that cater to those needs.
Policy Management : Assist in managing existing client insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Service Excellence : Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently.
Account Maintenance : Regularly update and maintain client records in compliance with company policies.
Sales Support : Support the sales team by identifying cross-sell opportunities and customer needs.
Continuous Improvement : Stay informed about industry trends and changes to improve personal knowledge and service delivery.
Requirements
Licensing : Active Property & Casualty License is required.
Experience : Previous experience in customer service or insurance industry, preferably in a similar role.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written skills for effective client interaction.
Customer Focused : Ability to understand and meet the needs of clients, providing exceptional service.
Organizational Skills : Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple client accounts efficiently.
