Client Communication : Handle inquiries from clients, providing timely and comprehensive answers to their questions regarding personal lines insurance.
Policy Management : Assist clients in understanding, managing, and updating their policies to ensure they receive the best coverage for their needs.
Claims Assistance : Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring clarity and ease during potentially stressful situations.
Record Maintenance : Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and insurance policy changes in the company's database.
Renewals : Process renewals and ensure timely communication with clients about upcoming renewals.
Problem Resolution : Proactively address and resolve client issues, turning challenges into opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirement
Education : High School diploma or equivalent
Experience : 2 years in insurance account management or customer service roles, especially within personal lines insurance.
Licensing : Possession of a valid insurance license in Michigan is required.
Communication : Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Problem-Solving : Adept at identifying client needs and crafting suitable insurance plans.
