Auto Collections Representative - Corporate - Call Center
MEI Group / Finance is searching for a Collection Representative for our corporate office and the position is responsible for initiating calls to delinquent customers to collect past-due payments and provide excellent customer service to our MEI Group / Finance customers.
Responsibilities :
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, focusing on first-contact resolution.
- Responsible for monitoring, managing, and maintaining assigned accounts.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Effectively negotiate payment arrangements on delinquent loans
- Utilization of probing questions and clear documentation
- Ensuring all demographics submitted on accounts are correct and updated.
- Meet collection goals, including delinquency and cash collections.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
- Requires working at a desk to use a phone and computer.
- Use office equipment and machinery effectively.
- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods.

Schedule :
Compensation : $17.00 per hour, plus weekly cash incentives potential to make with Bonus $21.00 - $23.00 plus per hour.
