What You’ll Do:
- Close the Sale: Utilize your strong SALES SKILLS to secure deals and drive revenue.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Practice excellent customer service to ensure every client feels valued and well-informed.
- Engage Customers Over the Phone: Follow proper phone handling techniques to bring customers into the shop.
- Build Detailed Estimates: Create estimates and present every recommendation to each customer while maintaining positive interactions.
- Operate Like an Owner: Recognize and manage cost-saving opportunities, oversee payroll, coordinate with parts suppliers, and maintain shop equipment—run the shop as if it were your very own!
