Well-established, small and growing, Torrance, California, trusts and estates law firm seeks local on-site receptionist / office assistant with outstanding details, organizational, communication, and planning skills. Responsibilities include answering telephones, communicating with clients, receiving and sorting mail, assisting staff with client files, entering data into computer system. Conveniently located in the heart of the South Bay, bright and open office spaces, beautifully-landscaped office complex. Minimum 2 years administrative/receptionist required. Compensation depends on qualifications and will be competitive.
