How you will make an impact:
The Production Operator - Rotomolding will assist in the production of Rotomolded parts, using various machines and equipment. This role requires high attention to detail and the ability to follow process instructions closely.
- Interfaces with computers/software which facilitates all phases of production activity including tracking of production order status, electronic batch record generation, lot control, inventory control, etc.
- Monitor workflow to ensure standard work techniques are being adhered to complete the work safely.
- Ensure product schedules, shift efficiencies, and quality targets are met and provides supervisor/manager with timely feedback on discrepancies displaying urgency when required.
- Read and understand SOPs to perform necessary manufacturing operations with the rotomolding equipment.
- Adjust machine settings according to SOPs, providing training to others as requested.
The skills and experience youll need:
- Rotomold Machine Skills are trained by Meissner Personnel. No other training is required. A personal commitment to produce the highest quality product possible is essential.
- 0-2 years experience operating manufacturing equipment and machinery preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, SOPs, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to record production results.
- The ability to learn basic computer skills is essential.

Work Environment
Filter Production is performed in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom environment. Powder free gloves, face masks, hairnets, gowns, and shoe covers must be worn. Shorts, skirts, loose or baggy clothing is not permitted. Socks and closed shoes are required. Makeup, other than skin moisturizers, is not permitted. Because smokers continue to shed thousands of smoke particles even hours after smoking a cigarette, and these particles will damage our filter products, only non-smokers are permitted to enter or work in the cleanroom

US BASE PAY SCALE $17.00 - 20.89
The base pay scale for this role is what Meissner reasonably expects to pay for the position although actual pay may vary from this scale depending on an applicant's experience.
Salary : $17 - $21
