Position:
We’re searching for a motivated, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to make an immediate impact. You’ll be the go-to person ensuring our office runs like a well-oiled machine while supporting our CEO and helping Meister grow.
Your role is critical — you’ll be at the center of our operations, directly supporting our mission to empower athletes worldwide.

What You’ll Do:
Every day at Meister will bring exciting challenges and opportunities, including:
- Managing order processing and creating shipping labels through multiple carriers.
- Generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports to keep the business on track.
- Responding to customer emails and solving problems with a focus on delighting every customer.
- Processing returns and refunds seamlessly.
- Answering and routing inbound phone calls with professionalism and positivity.
- Supporting the CEO with administrative and scheduling tasks

- Competitive Salary: $45,000 - $55,000, based on experience.
