Administrative Assistant – Pac 1 Family Office
Location: Vancouver, WA
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to team members, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Schedule, organize, and coordinate meetings, events, and appointments
- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they stay on track and meet deadlines
- Manage office-related projects, taking the lead on planning and execution
- Prepare and proofread reports, memos, letters, and other important documents
- Maintain accurate filing systems and retrieve records as needed
- Handle confidential business matters with discretion and professionalism
- Run errands, including picking up mail and supplies
- Receive, manage, and track incoming deliveries
- Keep the office organized and ensure a clean, efficient work environment
- Assist with opening and closing office procedures
- Support executives with various tasks as required

Requirements:
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service-oriented attitude
- Highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets)
- Quick learner and open to learning AI and other types of software and tools
- Comfortable using office equipment (copiers, printers, etc.)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance
Preferred Education and Experience:
- 3 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Project Management experience
