We are seeking an organized, professional office assistant to help with some clerical work in our Palisades Park offices.
This is a part-time project-based employment opportunity with an estimated completion date of May 30.

About the Role:
- Compensation This temporary role will be compensated at a rate of $18/hr.
- Hours will be flexible between 20-35 hours per week. Ideally our candidate would be able to work within a 11:00am - 8:30 pm schedule.
- Project-Based – Must be flexible to work until May 30, on a temporary basis with possibility to end slightly before or after
Responsibilities
- Word processing and document editing for learning materials and content
- Document scanning, printing and preparing educational documents and content
- Maintaining confidentiality with proprietary educational content
- Communicating and coordinating with our operations team toward project completion

Education and Experience
- Candidate should currently attend college or have a completed bachelors degree
- Office clerical experience is a plus, but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, Familiar with Mathtype
- Strong organization, prioritization, written, and verbal communication skills
