Job Overview
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your friendly and professional demeanor will create a positive impression for all visitors and callers.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
- Maintain a tidy reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments, high functioning multi tasking
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Handle inquiries from clients and employees
- Provide general administrative support to staff as needed
Experience
- Prior experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including the ability to learn new programs
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Familiarity with phone systems and clerical procedures
- Strong data entry skills
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience in the construction industry (Electrical specifically) is advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
