What it's like to be a Workforce Development Job Coach
As a full-time Workforce Development Job Coach, you will have the exciting opportunity to meet with workforce development participants one-on-one, guiding them on their journey to success. Utilizing technology, you'll enter detailed case notes that help track participant progress while collaborating with employers and organization leaders to implement dynamic employment training programs tailored to individual needs. Your role will extend into the work environment, where you'll engage directly with trainees and supervisors in our training sites, fostering relationships that promote growth and learning.
